hi Adam
you could probably find some of my posts on this in a search, but briefly....
1) just below your text box, click on the
Go Advanced button
2) now further down there's another button
Manage Attachments click on it
3) a small upload window will open, that allows you to browse your puter and open a file
4) select a file and click on the
Upload button in that window
5) you will see the file name and its file size appear in the window
6) right click on the file and select
Copy Shortcut
7) close that small window
8) go back to your text window and place cursor where you want the image to appear in the text
9) from the icons across the top of the text window, select the
Insert Image one
10) right click in the small text box that appears and paste the shortcut you copied earlier and click OK
11) the filename and appropriate coding will appear in the main text window and your allocated position
keep files BELOW 100kb
keep files to 800x600 or less
if its a plain circuit diag use a GIF image ....
even a 640x480 GIF is only a couple of dozen kb
So Resize and Resample images BEFORE uploading to attain the above limits
a 800x600 JPG resampled to 80% will only be ~ 50 - 80 kb and will still have good quality
it sounds a lot but after a few times its easy as and doesnt require much thought
