Pill box

Hello all

I'm a newbie and need some assistance my nan has dementia and has to take quite a bit of medication but frequently forgets to, we've tried most products out their to organise them but with no success. Could some body assist me with plans on how to make a pill box with these requirements:
-alarm and light which goes of at programable times during the day
-dispenser for pills
-7 day pill box witch can hold pills for those days
