SCR is Gate, Anode, Cathode.
Triac is MT1,MT2 and Gate.
If you mean ALL devices in the one type (say triac) one could say maybe but depends on case style, manufacturer and spec sheet.

A quick test in a $20 component tester would show.

That is dependent on manufacture, package style, power requirements.

SCR’s conduct current in One Direction
Triac’s conduct current in two directions or bidirectional.
They are both members of the “Thyristor” family.
You have to obtain a data sheet for a particular component numerical description printed on the device by the manufacturer, that will tell you everything about the characteristics of the component itself.

I've been using an Android app; Components Pinout. It seems OK so far...
