Hi Guys!

How are you?

well! im trying to make the following project:

Now the problem is that following parts are not available in my areas:

400MHz resonator
200MHz resonator

remember that the author of this circuit has advised me that you can use a resonator for producing this frequency. Now the problem is this that in my market, such large resonators are not available. Please tell me some alternative, so that i can make this project. Secondly, do anyone think that this project has any faults in it?

If yes then please point out them to me.

High frequency crystals are of the overtone type and will not oscillate at the correct frequency in that circuit, if it oscillates at all.

Hi Shaiq,
The IR receiver seems to have its IR diodes forward-biased and conducting all the time. They are shown upside-down!

All IR communication circuits I've seen have the IR diode reverse-biased like this one:
