What help is needed?
Did you overload ithe circuit and burn it out?
Doesn't the circuit "save power"?
Doesn't the motor run properly with this circuit messing with its current?

Hi ruden are you from the Philippines? This circuit is published in one of the magazine in the Philippines and I have the FULL articles about it..
