Need A Help Circuit Diagram "Power Saver Supply"

Hi to everyone ,

    I need a help to all expert on electronic designing circuit diagram about the 'POWER SAVER SUPPLY' this mean that this device will be the one to controller of consuming a power like kilo watt per hour in house. This machine will be use on the all appliances in the house, like TV, Stereo Components, Computer, Ventalition Aircon, and Refrigerator? Please help me to find a circuit diagram...THANK YOU >>>>>

Chinese people advertise a device that is a "Power Saver".
It is simply one capacitor that is at a very high price. It is a scam.

It cancels the inductive effect of electric motors in a home which improves the power factor.

But its value does not match the actual amount of inductance that your appliances have and it is connected all the time when it should be disconnected when the inductive appliances are turned off.

The electrical utility does not charge homes extra for a poor power factor so they lose, the homeowner is not charged for it. Industry is charged extra for a poor power factor so they connect a capacitor to every big electric motor.
