Proteus Help needed

Hi Guys

I have downloaded the IR2110 model from IR's site -
http://www.irf.com/product-info/models/sim/index.html

How do I get the IR2110 model into Proteus, to simulate a circuit.

Can you refer me to a tutorial or pdf, that can assist me in this.
