I want to measure phase of two pulses. so I want to design a JK trigger to realise it .when the first pulse comes.the trigger flips-flop,
and the second pulse comes. the trigger flips-flop again, and I can acquire a square wave ,then I can use a high frequence CLK AND it ,the result can be counted .
but I don't know how to design a correct curcuit used J-K triggered
,can u help me ? I had designed some curcuits.but it cannot flip-flop as I need . please give me a hand .
