If you store an any IPS LED LCD panel without using it for a long time (many years), will the pixels develop dead and stuck pixels? Can liquid crystals settle over time, leading to slow response times or "stuckness", where they may not change state correctly when turned on after years of inactivity? Do LEDs and backlights die or lose efficiency?

long-term storage of 3.5" IPS LCD displays from handheld consoles is very complicated? Do they degrade rapidly at high temperatures of 34-38°C and humidity of 55-68%? Under these conditions, do their LEDs lose brightness, contrast, and color, and are the liquid crystals permanently damaged?

See the manufacturer's relöiability data for your LCD.

Here you go..
Example of manufacturer's reliability data for LCD.
3.5 inch LCD displays are negligible. Meaning in this case size does not matter.

If you don’t know how to store them then you shouldn’t have them.
I’ll tell you what why don’t you show me; make model manufacture. My crystal ball is buffering right now.

I would suggest put them in an environmental oven find out for yourself.
Please tell us the results when you come back bye-bye.

Long-term storage alone typically doesn't result in dead or stuck pixels on IPS screens, based on my observations. Slow response is more about aging with usage than simply sitting idle, because liquid crystals don't actually "settle" in a way that damages them. Although LEDs and backlights can gradually lose efficiency over many years, they usually keep up fairly well if stored under suitable circumstances (cold, dry, and not powered).
