Hi guys

i want to produce radio waves so i bought this oscillator



Can some one please draw a very simple schematic for this oscillator ?

and how can i test if it working (using a multimeter or led ) ?

Connect several feet of any thin wire to pin 8.
Connect pin 14 to +5V DC
Connect pin 7 to the negative of your power supply.

Now you are transmitting silence at 33.33 MHz and need a 33 MHz radio receiver to test it, as your multimeter cannot. And a LED less.

Aren't those things TTL output? i.e. full of harmonics??? In which case it is entirely UNSUITED to RF application unless you fit a filter on the output.

yes exactly ..... you will not filter a square wave overly well .... it will still produce a lot of crap
