RCA t25001gy television "Tamper proof" locked

Hello,
I've lostthe manual to this model tv. It seems the "tamper
proof"mode is locked inand I can't unlock it. The redlight on the tv
just blinks..
I've tried unplugging the tv for a time, and fresh batteries in the
remote. No luck
I can'tuse the set.
Would anyone have a manual or a solution?

Simply push the power button on the REMOTE for about 10 seconds, and the TV
will unlock.

Try holding power button on remote for at least 5-10 sec.
