relay not working as expected

Hello

I am trying to interface following relay with microcontroller but It's not working. So I decided to interface manually with 5V DC power supply.

I have connected the 24v DC load at the output of relay But It's not working

Relay pins
3-- 5V DC
4-- GND
1--- 24 DC
2 --- GND

What do you mean 'Not working' is the opto switching at all?
Pin 1 of the opto should connect to the relay coil and 2 to common.
If you power pin 1 & 2 to power, you will destroy it.
