Dear colleaques,
The distributors suddenly show zero stock for Renesas
SiGe discretes, including my favourites NESG3031 and NESG4030.
In the manufacturer web page
http://www.cel.com/discParts.do?command=go&idWebGroup=4
all the SiGe discretes have gone under the "Phase Out"
status, including the NESG7030 which they introduced only
recently. It's as if they have made a corporate decision
to give up SiGe discrete business, or like their main
foundry has gotten destroyed in an earthquake.
Any insider info about what's going on?
