Replacement transistor help needed

People,

I cant locate this piece: GIPA75N85S8638. I understand sometimes those #'s are replaced with e new #, but have had no luck with the charts online. Confusing as heck. Anyone know what part # would replace the above one? And what site/supplier has it? Ebay would be great.

Sorry, but it's not the flash. The site will not drop the clip onto my post. Sheesh. Will ask for help from a family member, who is better at this........

The part number in my opinion has the replied data correct as 75v 86 amp. What is the case type? Id be happy to send you an IXYS part number you can use as a good replacement from mouser or Digi key. Next find the FET driver, if it has one or the previous transistors driving parts and let me know their numbers. As when a FET is destroyed it takes them out as well. Regards Bruce
