Anyone know the answer? I find myself with the same
dilemma...
Does anyone know how to reset an APC Smartcell for a MATRIX UPS?
I just replaced the batteries in the unit, however the red led on the
from on the smartcell is on. The system reads the smartcell as being
'bad' when in fact it is fine. APC is no help, they want me to send
the unit back in for service 'I'm not suppose to replace the
batteries'. As the batteries are new, I know the unit is fine. I just
need to know how to reset the pack. Can anyone help?
