me just want to catch any change in the air when a cal is coming to the mobilem my professor give me clue that use the rf osciallator and tune the icoming signal with that. i dont know what rf oscillaotor to use and how?guide me plz

Your other post has replies with circuits that detect the RF oscillator in your cell phone (mobile phone) when it transmits a signal that it is on and is operational just before it rings an incoming call.

You don't need to make two posts about the same topic.
You don't need to make an RF oscillator.

Did you make the circuit which I attached in your other post? You said you made something that didn't work. Was it that circuit that didn't work?
Then list the part numbers of the parts you used and the battery's voltage. Maybe you used an ordinary 555 IC instead of a Cmos 555 IC so it will work with only 1.5V. An ordinary 555 IC needs a minimum supply of 4.5V.View attachment 38914

One of your many topics was for the datasheet of a Hitachi 555. It is not Cmos and won't work in that detector circuit.
