hello all out there, i need a schematic to try and boost an rf power of 1 w to 3 or 4 watts for personal training on rf. Pleaser i need a circuit and/or schematics.!!n 10ks guys

You forgot to say what RF frequency.

for fm band - 88 - 108 MHz - i do not wish to use a BLY90 / 86 or similar as these amplify a lot - I'd tought I'd go for 2SC1971 - what do you think?

Your power supply voltage determines how much power the RF amplifier makes since it has such a high input level.
