Ribbon cable 120 ohm?

Look at THIS ribbon cable, it has an impedance of 120 ohm could somebody explain why a cable would have such an impedance?

all cables have a characteristic impedance. Impedance is primarily a function of conductor diameter and spacing. Those 2 factors give a cable its inductive and capacitive reactances which when the combination of those is calculated gives it characteristic impedance

If I measure it with a multimeter will I get 120 ohm or is it AC impedance at a high frequency?

no you cannot measure it with a multimeter
Impedance is AC resistance
