Rockchip 818-1 extreme heating issue during charging

Hi, I have an ebook reader powered with rockchip 818-1. When I put into charging, this chip started to heat alot, to the point of burning. There was no such issue before. Can somebody please guide me. Also, ai want to know if this issue has an overall effect on the circuit of ereader.thanks

I would get some isopropyl alcohol 99% and gently clean components leads looks like solder shorts.
Unless you know how to solder and desolder these fine pitch components this as far as we can go.

Also, is this a charger that came with the device or something you have created.
