SCR C32AX135, 2N4441 datasheets?

Anybody has the datasheets for C32AX135 and 2N4441?
If no datasheets, I'd need to know at least the specs so that I can find
replacements.

These are SCRs, btw.

The 2N4441 is a 50V, 8A SCR, with a pinout of C A G. Gate trigger
current is 30mA max, 10mA typical. This is from my old Motorola semi
manual.
