I know it's a keypad, printer, etc. failure, however, what does it stand
for?

You're sadly mistaken if you don't think Robert regrets those low points in

It's always important to remind a fat arrogant pig who acts as if he's
better than anyone else, that he's a criminal, a felon, and responsible
for someones death. It sort of keeps things in perspective in the event
anyone is tempted to believe his "outright lies, and
misrepresentations" on Usenet.

It is not anyone else but Fat Ass who's gone down the "dark path" and
it's rather misleading of you to imply that the results of what has
happened in this Newsgroup, is simply due to the people who have
objected to this miscreants behavior. He has drawn no bounds in his bad
treatment of others and his unconcern for the conditions here and he
deserves, wholeheartedly, ANY response that ANYONE cares to give and

different paths in this group that I seriously doubt you know which path

Your statement about my "going down the dark path" is certainly true but you
failed to put it in the proper context. I haven't ventured there for some
time. I've gotta admit (once again) that I just didn't feel good about
myself when I *did* go there. I've been contributing to this group for a
number of years (longer than Pete) and can sympathize with where he's at
right now. He's just realized that everything we've been saying about
Robert is the absolute truth. It's kinda tough coming to that realization
(particularly after he'd "plonked" me and others for feeding the "flame war"
he now seems bent on contributing to).

I've been in the trade for 22 years now and I must admit that people like
Robert can still surprise me with their blatant and flagrant dishonesty.
The fact that he demonstrates this in such a public forum is something that
frequently gets me shaking my head.

You and Jim will have to pardon me for stepping in like I have, though.
From what I've seen of Pete, he's a pretty decent guy. There are many and
better ways to deal with individuals like Robert Bass. I took my lessons
from Jack S., Mark L., yourself, and many others. These days it makes for
much more interesting reading pointing out Robert's rather extensive
"contributions" (that involve his many foibles, lies, and
misrepresentations), don'tcha think? "Fanning the flames" only serves to
keep 'em burning. Your excellent post (the one involving Robert and his
Lawyer) highlighted several discussions in which Robert has employed the
tactic of completely ignored the questions we put to him. That post of
yours is certainly one for the record books (and I'm sure will be "bumped"
for some time to come)! )

I'll close this with that famous line by Steve Martin: "Well, EXCU-U-SE
ME-E!" ;-)

People are a lot smarter than you give them credit for. I participate in
CHA as well. Robert is not nearly as "successful" as he gives himself
credit for. I think he's done far more to damage his own reputation than
anyone else (including Groupie Muderator).

Where did I "imply" that?? I simply stated that for Pete to start following
the same path I've already been down won't make him feel good about himself
in the long run. I'm sure you're not the sort of person that goes around
badmouthing your competition either (and perhaps this medium is largely to
blame for that). I personally think it's far more effective *showing*
people the difference between the way *you* do service/installs and the way
"the other guy" does...

In order for Canada to meet it's Kyoto Accord targets, all the "farts" will
have to remain south of the 49th. Mind you, I don't expect that to last
long. With Alberta having the second largest oil reserve in the world in
the tar sands, I figure it won't be long before ol' George figures Shania
Twain is a "WMD" (Woman of Magificent Dimensions), and he'll invade to oust
the Paul "bin there" Martin Government and replace it with one that won't
bitch so much to WTO and NAFTA about all our soft wood... Yep... It won't
