Semiconductor cross reference site?

Is there any kind of cross-reference site for semiconductors. For instance,
I'm looking for a UN0300L fet and digikey doesn't have it. I'm sure they
have something equivalent, but I don't know what it's called.

Try VN0300L for a start.
