Sharp mini system error code 20

Hi all- Everything in this system works good except for the CD player
section: I keep getting the following message and it won't eject CD's
already loaded: Error- CD 20. Does anyone know for sure what this
code means ? Model # is CD-BA3100. Thanks !

3 disc system????.......tray motor's either dead, or the drive train for it
has a problem
