Need a service manual for Panasonic TX2 AD2 television set and looking
for site with service manuals online or service tips.

Suspect dry joint on transformer or component near it as fault (no
framing (single line across set, colour burst OK )) comes and goes with
tapping HV guard, with HV screwdriver I should add in case any children
try this at home.
Can't get in the shed for junk to old 'Television' magazines to look for
service remedies on this model.

Any CD roms out there to buy of course with service manuals for complete
ranges of products?

Panasonic has a nice web site for authorized service companies that have a
fine assortment of schematics and other information. However they do charge
for their publications, either printed or on electronic media, as do almost
all manufacturers now days.
