SMPS Champions Bowers & Wilkins Power Supply is faulty

I have 2 B & W A7 model standalone music systems. But both the Power Supply are faulty, I was troubleshooting voltage across C3 is 162 V, Not sure if the mos FET are a problem or the switching circuit is an issue. Any smps champions here who can help me.
