Please help. I want to make an electronic device that diverts snowstorms around my city. I have made many things with LEDs.

Boeing do a bambini 47 sub-atomic weeney rectifier. Also known as a Boeing 747. You get inside and diverts you away from the snow to somewhere nice and warm. I'll see if I still have the plans, you can get most of the parts from eBay I think.

You can also borrow someone else's 747.

Many times you can find a whole lot of people who want to go the same way as you. If only there were some way that these people could get together in an organised way to do this...

But this diverts you around the snowstorm, not the snowstorm around you. But don't worry relativity tells us it's exactly the same thing.

I survived MN for close to 17 years. I wanted to put in a sprinkler system next to my driveway, which was on a hill, that was fueled with methanol or some other alcohol. My wife put a stop to it, when I revealed my plan to ignite it.

The downtown sidewalks in Rochester, MN are/were heated to keep the snow and ice off. That's what gave me the idea.

I will be doing that in a couple of weeks. To go skiing. Go figure.

hahaha ... no sense of humour huh ;)

could have been a problem tho, BobK's 747 may have mistaken it for runway landing lights and tried a landing
