ever heard the term newbie? well those people are above me.
I know the bare bones basics of electronics, and am trying to extend that knowledgebase while at the same time have some fun. sometimes i look at schematics and i know how to wire them but sit and marvel cos i have no idea what so ever why they work.
anyway my terminology may be of at times, and i may not know some parts (went into jaycar once and asked for "a screw in antenna plug" i found out when the guy finally found what i was looking for they are called f-type connectors on a coax cable) but if you bare with me i will try to explain myself fully, I will even put in pics from time to time to help

Well as far as I am concerned, Thats cool.... I worked as an intermediary (and still kinda do :p) So hopefully I may just get you and can translate for the people that are a little better than myself.

Meh. That's what they're paid for. *nobody* knows the name of everything.

Of course, it's better if you have one in your hand and you can say "Like this one!"
