Solar Fan

Try looking in a place where they sell car accessories. I've seen those
things for use in cars, to draw air in through a slightly-open window
to keep the car from getting too hot when it's parked in sunshine.

I think the only value is that they move a _little_ air, and still provide
some security verses leaving the windows down a little for cross
ventilation. I had one, and I really didn't notice any reduction of the
temperature in the car. It might have dropped from 123 to 122F. ;-)
