Sony DAV-TZ130 Home Theatre System

I have a problem with my Sony Home Theatre. When I plug in the USB I saw the wording "LOADING" on the screen but it immediately changed to "STOP". Appreciate if anyone can provide some help on how to solve this problem !

Yes I had tried a few USB all same problem but work well on other players.

I had managed to solved my problem by performing a factory reset.
