Sound electronic activated switch

So my idea is to buil a switch that can be activated by claping ands and turn on for example a light using a relais. I have found this on google but i don't know if it it really does what i want... can somebody help?

Two claps will turn it on. Then two more claps will turn it off. Two claps will turn it on again, etc.

The kit that you posted does that with two sounds. Two hand claps, two dog barks, two firecrackers.
