I could not read the data -- too small.

How did elasticity vary with cooking time?

It will take me a day or so to get everything uploaded. There is some sample data there. I'll be uploading all of it... later.

The simple result is that the elasticity increased with time, with a suggestion that it was increasing at a decreasing rate.
