I bought a sp6000 paradox alarm it have connected some items but the alarm zones all show to be open but if I check all the zones are close what must I do I need help please

Well, what do you expect from a paradox alarm?
Seriously, what happens if you change some of the zones to open? Do they show closed? In other words, are they just wired the wrong way?
