Step up to 1000V

Hello,
I'm have 220V AC power and i want to step up that to 1000V,
what I need to do that, but please give me a answer without classic transformers, I don't have iron core, without diodes and flyback.

I think 400A is battery maximum,circuit needs about 2 amps.

there are 2 ways to step up the voltage

a diode - capacitor ladder or a transformer
