Hi guys,

Is there anyone out there that knows of a switch that can be turned off electronically, but needs to be manually switched back on?

you could build one yourself quite easilly...
what i have in mind is a sort of a relay, which when activated will move the contacts, but when deactivated there will be a tooth that will not allow it to come back... the only way to return it will be manually....

hope i was helpfull

You did not say how they are electronically turned off, so the first thing that comes to mind are circuit breakers like what are in your mains service box. There are smaller versions of these also.
If you do not mean a breaker, then you might put something together with CD4066 cmos switches for just switching small voltages.
