Register for either freetradezone or bdent.com and you can usually get those
pinouts. For transistor specs you need bdent.com, alot of freetradezone's info
on transistors and FETs are pages from a selector guide, not the full data
sheet. For most service work this is fine, but it takes time to find yours
because they are in like a grid with ascending voltage on the left and current
on the bottom, for example. For design this does not suffice, and for
<u>certain</u> replacement applications.
Both bdent and freetradezone send you an email with user and password.
Freetradezone uses your email and you get to choose a password, I don't
remember all the details
