I'm talking about led street driver, for power range, from 50 W to 300 W.

That is still very vague. Typically you focus on ONE specific integrated product, then the PSU is designed for it, or in other words offered from the same supplier. If you are instead designing your own, then you need to consider what that design needs.

Generally we talk about the leds in a led luminaire. In recent years they have failed many times (Especially if they are of a different brand). The lifetime of the luminaire should consider the time of the driver more than that of the LEDs.
