Hello everyone, I need your help identifying a component on a Thrustmaster T300RS. I've been trying to find the schematic but can't, so I'm reaching out to you to see if you can help me. This component is burned out and the board won't power on. Could you please tell me its name and value? Thanks. I've attached a photo so you can see it.

The one circled in blue is a Surface Mount Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor with the component designator C4 it looks to be the same as component designator C6 & must be taken out of circuit & measured with an capacitance meter.
The one circled in red with four corner solder pads I cannot see any markings on it try positioning the board at different angles. Maybe you can see the markings with your eyes and write it down for us.

The red circled component looks like a common mode choke.
The blue circled component is a capacitor.
What makes you think it’s faulty?.
If it is a choke, it will read as a short. The capacitor should not read a short unless it is shorted. Remove from circuit and check it again. Also check the pads where the capacitor was to see if short has disappeared.
