Toshiba 20AF42 possible geometry problems...

I have a Toshiba 20" - 20AF42, and there are some geometry problems.
When watching any movies with widescreen, the bottom line looks more
like a semi circle than a strait line. Its not terrible, but it really
bugs me.
Is there a possible alignment problem with the deflection yoke? Im not
a tv tech, so I don't know if I can fix it myself. I would like to
though.

Involves changing relative position of the yoke spacers or physical
adjustment to the yoke and associated mechanical components. Probably would
need the assistance of a professional technician to do the adjustments on
your 20" tv, not a job for the amatuer or untrained.
