So, I'm trying to find a replacement for the Toshiba TORX147L/TOTX147L as
one of them is end of life. Must be 3.3V, so not the TO?X177L.
Oh, and target price is $1 for a couple of hundred.
I thought there'd be a few really cheap devices, but I just cannot find one!
