What are some software problems that have video test signals to output of a computers VGA, DVI, HDMI, composite, component, RGB?

I'm trying to troubleshoot video switchers that are VGA, DVI, HDMI, composite, component, RGB but I need Video tests signals that outputs video test signals for VGA, DVI, HDMI, composite, component, RGB.

What are some software programs that output video signals like this?

Do I set my Oscope trigger for Video LINE or Video Field? on negative edge triggering?

Why are video sync signals negative edge trigger and not positive edge triggering? any reasons why they made it like this?

Why are analog video sync negative going and not positive going? I don't understand why they made video sync negative going any reason why?

Negative going means it's below zero crossing right?

Danny, try this. Think about how many times you have been banned from Electronics Point and from other electronics forum sites. WHY do you think that is?

Is it because we all just decided to hate you? No, because we don't even know you, and we have no contact with the folks at other sites who have banned you.

Have you taken notice of the things we have told you? About how you ask too many poorly explained questions? About how you don't provide enough background information for anyone to give useful answers? How you challenge people's answers? How you don't seem to learn anything from them, and ask the same questions again?

How about how you're rude and insulting? How you won't even give your real first name? How you change your IP and email address to disguise your identity? Does anyone else do this?

Do you think it's a good idea to keep acting that way? Are you deliberately trying to waste the time of others who are here to try to help people with real questions and problems? Do you really have nothing better to do with your time? Because WE certainly do.

Do you have a diagnosed mental condition? You don't need to post it publically; PM me or one of the other moderators. We can keep it private. It might help us to help you if we had some idea of why you behave the way you do.

Please have a think about why the people you interact with find you so difficult to deal with.

Not all moderators agree with the other mods or regulars

Bottom line Haven1944 didn't have a problem with me, he was helping me out and you deleted my thread for no reason , just a control freak

Don't get jealous because other techs want to help out others that you don't like , doesn't mean they don't like them also

If a tech is willing to help out, why delete the thread? maybe you have the mental condition

You have the problem not me or them , it's all on you guys

There is other techs willing to help out , not just the controlling judgemental mods

Van Castello, I just want you to answer the question as to whether you're going to see this problem through to the end and not post multitudes of other threads.

All I want is a straight answer. Yes, or No?

I am not playing games but I mostly want to make sure you're not.

Regardless of what we think of you and your past behaviour, if you can keep it together enough to ask focused questions and remain civil, we will still try to help you.

I have focused on my questions and remain civil until a mod deletes my threads and stirs the pot , i was in the middle of a tech conversation there was no problem going on , all my threads kept getting deleted for no reason, i was civil and focused on my questions

You realise that hevans1944 doesn't know you very well? Had you noticed how his answers were becoming more and more brief? Can you think why that would be?

The reason for deleting threads (which I did not do, BTW) is to prevent other members, such as hevans1944, from WASTING LARGE AMOUNTS OF TIME trying to help you. From what I have seen, you don't seem to be interested in learning; you just post question after question without giving any background information. This makes it difficult to give you useful answers.

There's nothing shameful about having a mental condition. I didn't mean it as an insult. I was just trying to see whether there was some identifiable reason for your behaviour that we could take into account when dealing with you.

Steve and I, and the other mods, would like to help you, but you have to improve your attitude, provide background information, and keep your questions focussed and restricted in number and range. Actually I don't think there's anything more that we can do, but Steve is very polite and is still trying to help.

Danny, I have tried, but you have never put in any effort on your own behalf. I have decided that the only way to help you is to keep you focused on a single issue. At present that single issue appears to be insulting the moderators, but I hope you'll decide you have something else you'd prefer to concentrate your efforts on.

And you will note that Kris is saying the same things to you.

As much as you have wasted our time and that of others, we're STILL prepared to help you if you can manage to focus yourself on a single issue AND show that you're prepared to listen to what is told to you AND make some independent effort to resolve your problems.
