Trouble Finding LM102 / LM107

Good night,

I´m going to build a signal amplifier (LB-1), but I can not find the LM102 and LM107 op amps anywhere. Searching through the internet, I have found that this pieces are discontinued.

What amps could I use to replace them???

Probably just about any modern Op-Amp will do what you want

LM324, 741, or maybe JFET ones like the TL071, TL072 range

look at their datasheets online and see the circuit examples given and if they will
apply to what you are wanting to achieve
