These could be anything. Without readable inscriptions it is almost impossible to identify these components.
By reverse-engineering you would trace the componnets and the pcb traces and try to reconstruct the schematic diagram of at least this part of the pcb. One might then be able to at least get an idea of what kind of component this is /are.
Still a lot of guesswork would be involve.
Better options, if available:
- try to find a service manual online with a schematic or at least a bill of material that identifies U27 and U28.
- try to find a working unit of the same type where you can read the inscriptions on the defect chips.
You are aware that other components may be damaged without visible defects on the outside? It looks like these components overheated. Oftne the reason fpr this lies somewhere else on the pcb.
