Unempolyed Beganer With great idear needs help

Can anyone tell me how i could build my first electronic wall clock.Or how i could gets someone who is local who can help me,or how could i get someone who is a specialist in electronic to become a partner with me.because i have a great million dollar idea im desperate and unemployed,Can someone please help me.

a) Google "clock schematic" -- there are a million out there

b) That would be far easier if we knew where you were. Maybe there are courses offered by technical colleges etc near where you live?

c) The chance of a beginner having such an idea are quite remote. But not impossible. See (b) above and get more knowledge first.
