Using Ultrasonic in Detecting In-wall Wiring

The project that I am creating is a device that can detect an in-wall electrical wiring. I have encounter many difficulties in creating this devices. I have ready through all the possible method in detecting in-wall wiring.

Just wanting to ask a question, is it possible to create a circuit using an ultrasonic sensor to detect an in-wall wiring?

the best detector is a 50/60Hz signal detector

As Steve said ... I don't see ultrasonics as a viable method
