Looking for vizio power board or schematic. I've had no luck finding the schematic & don't know where to look for a part board. Anyone know where the either might can be found? Device is a vizio SB 3651-F6 36" sound bar. I'm an electrician & have done some instrument/pcb work, but it's been 15 years.

The number on the power board is E504278, T 3.15AL/250V, BQ-D, 94V-0, DSP609-P04, 20180713. I've emailed the Chinese company website on the board. I'm not very confident in getting any help there. Thank you in advance for any help you can provide.

What is the problem with it?
Appears to be a fairly basic smps.

No power. It just stopped working. Checked & no power coming off the board.

If you look on the web for smps repairs you might get lucky to fix.(switch mode power supply)
They are mostly similar, enough to follow through your supply and make sense of it.
Not a job for beginner but with a good multimeter you could get there .

The switcher device/s are the hardest worked and electrolytic capacitors drying out can be a common source of failure.

If you know the output voltages and their respective current demands, it may be possible to use a new off-the-shelf smps as they are not that expensive, maybe 40 to 50 dollars.

I have repaired a whole lot of these power supplies from all kinds of manufacturers, just for the fun of it. In most cases, it comes down to bad e-caps. And usually it is the 470uF/10v/16v cap that is bad. If there is one of those on that board, check it first. But I usually just go ahead and replace all of them while I'm in there.

The capacitor(s) of which our most, right honorable and esteemed H2814 doth speak, are being the two greenies at the very top of your boards peek-choor. BUT that mid board, black one, aside the BIG black one is a "ME TOO ! " candidate, as it is related to the parasitic derived power supply for that nearby BIG BRUTE heat sinked I.C. I suspect it to be a 4 pin . . . or more? . . . All in one, S.M.power supply electronics in a chip.

Seems that switch mode power supplies develop HIGH power level waveforms (pulses) in that yellow switch mode transformer that then go into diodes that feed DC pulses into those green E- caps . That just hammers the ABSOLUTE HELL out of them, with time related adjunct internal heating and additive onset of ESR . . . even more heating . . . .gas pressure develops internally from heating . . . external leakage of gas through leads at plug seal at end.
More advanced heating from electrolyte seepage . . . . .hotter operating temperature . . . . the caps performance starts "petering " off.
One of those capacitors effective working capacitance timely and effectively declines on down to a will it work / state ?
Turning on / powering up multiple times may have warming up bursts , warming to the state that multi heat bursts may result in a "successful" turn on and unit will operate until power down and cool down. Then the same start up or no start up syndrome.
HINT . . . .
Check out your still functional power supplies that have worked 1/2--1 hour run time for warm up, by taking your pinky swear finger and placing its tip atop an electrolytic cap can. If you feel heat . . . . that cap has already started its evolving trip down its path towards its final atrophy.

(Such a ) DEAL OF THE WEEK . . . . . MONTH . . . . .YOUR LIFETIME !!! (already .)

I haven't published my " Book for Dummies " on this topic yet.
