What is does WV stand for in a capacitor?

Hi,

I had this flash camera which i opened up and found a 330 WV 80 uF electrolytic cap. Just wanted to know what does the 'WV' stand for and whether it is dangerous or not.

Working Voltage, the highest voltage to subject it to before the smoke comes out.
If not discharged safely, then yes it can be dangerous.
It will give you a nice tingling feeling
