Where I could repair my IPod Classic and IPod touch?

I have IPod classic and IPod touch both have problem.
My IPod classic producing funny quality sound. Its like so many ants inside of it.
And my IPod touch I cant turn it on...i recharge the battery but still not working.

I am just guessing, but maybe you just need to do a hard reset of the iPod Touch.

NO. I havent tried it yet. I will try this today. Thanks alot
