Fine....Antenna arrived yesterday..Broken! Now comes the problem of finding how to complain. What a procedure. Have spent three hours on internet trying to find who to contact, Think I will give up. The product only cost me $17 and although it is easy to put in orders, dealing with problems is tucked away under the rug!

Decided not to be beat by this problem and spent another two hours on computer seeking how to complain about this product. Got through at last and left a complaint. Heard nothing back yet.

in what way was the antenna broken ?
does it look like it was damaged in transit ?
if so was it poorly or well packed ?

Nothing more annoying than waiting for something that arrives broken.!!
I feel your pain.
Wow, I typed this ages a go.

Who in their right mind would mail an antenna in a jiffy bag?
No box?
That is really a poor service.

OK
if you don't get any satisfaction from the supplier, that antenna would be repairable

Supplier has replied offering replacement or credit. Don't want replacement, I might be able to repair. But looked through their stock and I found this....RF610 Pro Multifunctional 2.4GHz 2.3W Wireless WiFi Signal Booster .......Searched internet for info about it but all I can find is same pictures.
Has anyone tried this unit, and how does one feed output to computer? Anybody got any information about it for me?

Have repaired square tube by inserting a hand made wooden plug. Electrical connection still to be made.
One web I have not reinstalled, the hole for it was very close to the bottom and helped to weaken the structure resulting in break.
Advice please.....Is this web essential? The antenna is 2ft long and has 13 (should be 14) small webs and one longer web.
