Are you talking about a power window that is already on a car?
Then the cost of all of its parts and wiring are designed for its slow speed. If you want more speed then you need to apply more power to a bigger motor. The bigger motor will need different and stronger gears. The fuse and wiring will need to be bigger. The control or switch will need to be stronger.

You don't make an amplifier to drive a DC electric motor. You simply feed more voltage to it. But it is difficult to make a voltage boosting circuit because then the current would also be increased. Then the motor, its fuse and its wiring will burn out. The gears will quickly wear out.
