WTA what and how to power this LED

hi everybody, i have a few queries regarding this LED.

may i please know what is the name and type of this LED.

and how do you power it up?
there seems to be no +/- output, only one output.

any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Those are ordinary incandescent bulb LED replacements, made to go in a Ba9s socket and run on 24V AC, and they seem to be made by DEC (as marked on them).
The bayonet collar is one pole and the tip is the other btw..
